According to Townhall, the first law, SB 107, was signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif) in September, making California a “sanctuary state” for transgender children. Children who travel to California from states that restrict minors receiving the life-altering surgery will be able to receive “gender-affirming care” through drugs or surgery.
